Summary/Abstract: After an outline of the government’s support policy strategy, the study undertook to analyze the amount spent by the Hungarian state budget between 2010-2018 on the support of Hungarians across the border by sectors (politics, church, press, education, economic development, scientific, national political relations). In addition to the final budget accounts, the paper also traces transfers and extraordinary subsidies based on the Official Gazette.
