Summary/Abstract: The paper presents some considerations regarding the doctoral thesis entitled Sociological Study on Teachers' Perception of Evaluation in Recruitment and In The Classroom, defended by Alexandra Triși-Apetrăcheoaei under the scientific supervision of PhD. Prof. Cristina Gavriluta, at ”Al. I. Cuza” University of Iasi, Romania.
