Summary/Abstract: In this paper we set out to explore the profound impact of the introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the workplace, analyzing both the advantages and disadvantages experienced by employers. The study investigates current and emerging trends in the adoption of (AI) in various economic sectors and examines how these technologies are transforming work relationships and organizational processes. Through a detailed analysis, the paper highlights the benefits of (AI), such as increased efficiency, reduced costs and improved decision-making. It also discusses the associated challenges and risks, including high upfront costs, cybersecurity risks and the impact on the workforce. Based on these findings, practical recommendations are offered for employers to maximize the benefits and mitigate the drawbacks of introducing AI into the workplace. The paper concludes with strategic recommendations for the future, highlighting the importance of adopting an ethical and flexible approach to managing digital transformation.
