Summary/Abstract: Collective labor conflicts in the healthcare sector can have severe consequences on the functioning of hospitals, especially in emergency units where patients require immediate and continuous care. This article examines the negative effects of initiating a collective labor conflict in an emergency clinical hospital, analyzing the impact on patients, medical staff, management, and society as a whole.
