Summary/Abstract: This article delineates the determinants affecting the ecological, social, and economic health of Small andMedium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) within the production industry in Asia. Asian SMEs significantly contribute tofinancial advancement and the attainment of the region's sustainable growth objectives. SMEs are essential forcreating employment, distribution of earnings, and the expansion of Asian exporters.SMEs significantlycontribute to global usage of resources, air and water contamination, and waste production. This articleanalyzes and examines the elements that drive Asian production SMEs towards Sustainable Development Goals(SDG). An integrated literature analysis reveals that creativity and entrepreneurial mindsets, governmentalinterventions, and lean production methods are essential elements influencing the economic, social, andecological success of Asian SMEs. This article delineates prospective research directions that assist Asian SMEsin achieving comprehensive sustainable growth efficiency.
