Summary/Abstract: The gloss addresses the issue of the admissibility of concluding an employment contract witha member of the board of directors of a cooperative for the duration of their term in office. ThePolish Supreme Court has rejected the possibility of concluding such contracts under the legalframework in force since February 22, 2016. In this gloss, arguments supporting an alternative in-terpretation of the law are presented.
