Summary/Abstract: The thesis is an attempt to introduce the phenomenon of sexual addiction and sexual anorexia. The author focuses on presenting the characteristics of both diseases, their dependencies and the attitudes that anonymous commu- nities “S” have towards them. An additional element is the list of methods of help that communities offer to their members in the recovery process. The analy- ses are enriched with statements of members of anonymous communities “S” who participated in the observations of open meetings and interviews carried out as part of the research.
