Summary/Abstract: Th e article examines how humans navigate simplifi ed cognitive schemas and stereotypes, aiding quickdecision- making but limiting thorough analysis. Cognitive heuristics exemplify such strategies. Th e workemphasizes that politics is dynamic, shaped by historical, social, and economic processes, oft en mis-understood as static by traditional political science. Politics occurs within individuals’ minds as they de-code stimuli from their environment, infl uenced by social contexts and individual experiences. Enactiv-ism highlights political cognition’s embodied subjective nature, challenging eff orts to depolarize politicallandscapes through uniform cognitive frameworks.
