Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article are syntactic German loan words occurring in the dialects spoken in south-easternLesser Poland. The article discusses examples representing four groups of grammatical phenomena consi-dered to be influenced by the German language, namely an increase in the use of certain syntactic catego-ries in Polish, modifications of the function of certain prepositions, changes in the syntactic connectivity ofwords, and changes in sentence order.
