Summary/Abstract: In this article, we present prose books belonging to writers from different generations, who published volumes of prose in the 2023-2024 time frame: Adrian Victor Vanc, the novel Aurora (2023) and Fragmentarium (2024); Liviu Chifane, the volume of short prose Circles (2024); Paul Strepol, the novel Straightjacket (2024). All these writers have in common the fact that they work in the municipality of Braila, although they were born and trained in other countries.
