Summary/Abstract: Autonomous electric vehicles use high-performance batteries to power their core systems. However, short battery lifespan remains a significant challenge, affecting the efficiency and sustainability of these vehicles. This article reviews the reasons behind the limited battery lifespan and proposes solutions to mitigate these issues. We will also discuss recent research and innovations aimed at improving battery lifespan. New proposals such as using nanomaterial-based electrolytes, continuous wireless charging, and AI-powered energy management systems will be introduced and explained in detail. The article includes comparative tables, equations, and charts to demonstrate the effectiveness of these solutions.
