Summary/Abstract: This study aims to analyze students' critical thinking skills in momentum and impulse material at SMAN 1 Wonoayu. The study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach, involving three randomly selected classes: XI-1, XI-2, and XI-3, with a total of 94 students. Data were collected through tests, questionnaires, and interviews in one meeting session for 2 lesson hours. The results of the study showed that students' critical thinking skills were still very low, especially in basic understanding and analysis of physics concepts. The results of the interview on the implementation of PBL, teachers have implemented PBL and used PPT and video media and have also used the PhET application in learning. The study noted that there has been no use of three-dimensional digital modules in physics learning. The results of this study reveal that students show interest in the physics learning process by using 3-dimensional digital modules as a tool, to improve critical thinking skills. Therefore, the findings of this study suggest utilizing technology in physics learning, such as 3-dimensional digital modules, and implementing learning strategies that involve discussion and Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Then the PBL learning model can be applied using three-dimensional digital modules as a supporter
