The research was conducted using a questionnaire on a sample of 114 respondents. The analysis revealed a statistically significant relationship between the variables studied, with respondents who felt they lacked knowledge more likely to engage in aerobic activities. The results suggest the need to improve the professional education of special education teachers in this area.
