Summary/Abstract: As a result of the ongoing organizational change in healthcare in Bulgaria General Practitioners (GPs) has taken a key position and priority figure in the national health system and being followed to perform the function of GP patients selected it. He started in ‘13 at the beginning of health reform in Bulgaria and brewing problem for an objective and competent comprehensive strategic assessment of the effectiveness of organizational change that took place in health care. So far no official estimate exists
