Summary/Abstract: Throughout history, the motivation has always played a key role in human life. It is essential for employee motivation to be included in the job of a responsible manager. Over the decades, several motivational theories have been developed in order to understand the motivational factors of individuals or groups. The aim of this research was to examine the motivational factors of a selected company. Our research was carried out at a Hungarian multinational automotive glass manufacturing company. The survey took place in August 2021 and 119 people participated in the research. The results confirmed that monetary rewards are not the most important motivational factor, as employees consider the existence of a stable job and a good working atmosphere more important than salary.
