Summary/Abstract: The 21st century is marked by a multitude of epithets and labels that reflect the complexity and ambiguity of our times: post-modernism, post-industrialism, post-religion, post-nihilism, the age of unbelief, the abolition of man - all these expressions illustrate the turmoil and uncertainty that people are experiencing in our contemporary world. In a world in which dozens of such labels are appearing, an in-depth analysis is needed in order to understand the directions in which these names can lead us. The analysis conducted in this text aims to explore the relationship between the local and the global in globalization.
