Summary/Abstract: KOŠKOVÁ, M.: Ethnic Concepts in Language (Based on Bulgarian and Slovak Linguistic Sources), Slavica Slovaca, 41, No. 1, pp. 17-31. (Bratislava) The author presents the results of her contrastive research of ethnic concepts and stereotypes based on concrete Bulgarian and Slovak linguistic material. The analysis of lexical, phraseological, and paremiological issues reveals different types of language creativity with each of the two nations: interethnic relations are reflected differently in Bulgarian and in Slovak.
