Prescriptive models for the system of active tourism

Summary/Abstract: The article examines the methodological issues related to the location and structure of the system of active tourism. Network and dyadic methods are used for this purpose. The need for the development of this system is highlighted and its specific problems are illustrated. A comparison is made between active tourism and other types of tourism. Active tourism practices are identified and several resultant products are analyzed. Ideas for marketing enterprise within the field of active tourism are also detailed.
