Summary/Abstract: The article presents the development of e-justice in Poland. The authors describe electronic civil procedure (e-court in Lublin), electronic protocol in civil court procedure, internet data bases of court decisions, and plan regarding electronic mortgage books. The authors point out the advantages and risks connected to these developments and write about the planes for the future regarding electronic system of justice.
