Summary/Abstract: The paper provides a characteristic of an e-learning platform as a toll for knowledge management. It also presents the models of using the platform as an organization’s system operating autonomously or consolidated with other systems – tools for knowledge management in HR group. Moreover, the article describes the functions of knowledge management offered by the platform.
