Summary/Abstract: In order to reduce the effects of the current crisis, the state has appealed to fiscal stimulation, this representing a combination of public expenditures and tax reductions, for the companies that aim towards recovering the economic activity, increasing the level of employment and getting healthier the business environment. The anti-cyclic politics have developed “in accordance to a better knowledge of interdependencies of economy and to increasing the ability of being informed about the economic progress”, consisting of an assembly of macro-economic measures, taken in the view of attenuating the impact related to economic relaunching, in descendant phases of the economic cycle, respectively of adjusting the amplitude of disturbing cyclic phenomena. Generally, the mix of anti-cyclic politics has aimed on both influencing the global demand, as well as on aggregated offer; moving the barycentre of these politics has in view a series of aspects specific to phases of economic cycle, to the level of knowing the economic phenomena and processes, or to ability of the political factor, so as to impose some solutions.
