Summary/Abstract: Changing computerized information systems in companies is done at different intervals, depending on individual needs, but each time it is connected with a heavy load for the employees. Companies decide to cooperate with consulting companies specialized in the implementation of ERP systems to streamline implementation processes and post-implementation support and because of the opportunity to choose the right solution tailored to your individual needs, taking into account the specific industry. The implementation of new solutions introduces many features but also binds to additional workload and expense. The aim of this paper is to present the principles of implementation of ERP system.
