Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses the results of comparative surveys from the years 2009–2011 whose aim was to determine how the recent economic crisis had influenced informatisation strategies in companies. The results support a working hypothesis that, to a lesser or greater extent, the economic crisis had affected short and long term informatisation strategies in the majority of the companies surveyed. Even if the relative importance of identified changes, the intensity of their visible symptoms or the areas of IT applications where they are the most noticeable differ in subsequent years, these variations are minor and concern only some elements of informatisation strategies and IT applications. Details are included in this paper.
