Summary/Abstract: The article presents the process of implementation and maintenance of software on the example of the 4-Tune IT company and its product - Protetic4You, which is used in a dental laboratory. In particular the article presents the aspects of these process virtualization. The authors also analyze the rationale for the selection of this kind of customer service by 4-Tune IT. The processes are shown in the background of global IT market trends.
