Summary/Abstract: All European Union countries use public-private partnership in the provision of public services and in the development of infrastructure works to varying degrees, some of them having wide experience, while others are barely in its infancy. This article aims to show how public-private partnership is used and his level of development in the European Union states. To achieve this goal we performed a comparative analysis that will better highlight the similarities and the differences of this forms of cooperation
