Summary/Abstract: University incubators have a mission to foster the creation of innovative companies that emphasize research findings representing products, services and innovative technologies and innovative solutions to organizational and business management. University incubators stated that the major entities of the national infrastructure for innovation and technology transfer, which facilitates university research to contribute directly to national economic growth and job creation. The main objectives of this paper are promoting forms of innovation and strategic business solutions, and orientation of university management to implement academic entrepreneurship.
