Summary/Abstract: The paper suggests that the following types of intelligence: emotional, social and appreciative, combined with a qualitative leadership, can contribute to increasing the organizational performance. In the case study, we highlight the way in which intelligence and leadership become catalysts in both curricular and extracurricular activities at the Faculty of Business Administration from the University of Bucharest.
