Summary/Abstract: The national culture in the conditions of globalisation is investigated in the article. The author asks what place has the culture of small nations in the global context, what is the future for their being? The author tries to answer to these questions with the help of the concepts of existential phenomenology. The nation is interpreted as individual being. The author supposes that the creativity of the nation goes from being to death. The culture of other nations is a necessary condition of the cultural existence of a nation. Thanks to other nations, we correct our perspectives of the future and the sense of the historical past. In this way, they take part in the creation of life's project in our nation.
