Summary/Abstract: On account of the stereotypical belief that young people are always the ones to blame for their own wrongdoing, especially when it comes to incidents around sport and sports arenas, because they are, allegedly, unreasonable and ill-bred, the so- ciety is taking a series of measures to prevent those incidents and conflicts. Following similar activities in United Kingdom and other European countries, our country has put in act a law to prevent and diminish such unwanted occurrences. However, there are essential differences between articles of the law, which are unable to determine the causes of events and incidents they are supposed to prevent, and scientific found- ing on the same phenomenon, so that discrepancy and possible better solution are the main subject of the following work.
