Summary/Abstract: The attitude of graduates to spiritual values reveals similar tendencies applying different methodologies. In virtual situation, the graduates prioritise the spread of the good, honesty, dignity and partially responsibility. The sensation of the beautiful and the spread of solidarity and responsibility were evaluated as less important, whereas faith and creativity as well as altruism were ranked lowest. In real situation, the moral values also prevail. Only the manifestations of the most frequently mentioned sensitivity are pointed to as most relevant twice as often as the other prioritised values such as responsibility, dignity and honesty. The evaluation of the dimension of the true changes: more frequently the manifestations of faith are prioritised, wisdom is seen as relevant twice as seldom, whereas altruism, solidarity, creativity and admiration are perceived as relevant only by a small number of the respondents. The respondent perceive future attaching the biggest relevance to happy family, mature love, internal harmony, health and freedom, which are accompanied by prioritised instrumental values such as responsibility, honesty, altruism and sensitivity. Such links of values demonstrate the stability of graduates’ value-based orientations. Prioritisation of similar values characteristic of both graduates, already working as educators, and school learners raises new pedagogical problems that are related to contemporary challenges to educate an innovative and creative personality.
