Using a Network Approach in Creating a Learning Organisation

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the network approach and its importance in the development of the concept of the learning organisation. The paper presents the concept and characteristics of a learning organisation and characterises the network approach in management sciences. Particular attention is paid to the importance of knowledge and learning processes, and the use of IT in communication processes in network organisations and network perceptions of the learning organisation.
