Achieving such a designated purpose, requires to make literature studies and analysis of statistical data on Public Finances in Turkey. The thesis is: the country with religious discipline should /not/ have a problem with complying the fiscal discipline according to the Maastricht Treaty and the Stability and Growth Pact. In 2006-2013 Turkey has fulfilled Maastricht public rule much better than the majority of EU countries.
