Summary/Abstract: Mariusz Wo³czuk is interested in abstract art. His glass and painting exhibition was organized by the Design Gallery in Wroc³aw in March 2005. His pictures often resemble landscapes. They are filled with light. When, for example, he paints green and blue, waving lines, they resemble water waves and/or grain fields moving which move when the wind blows. The artist likes strong, bright colors. His glass objects seem to change their shapes when seen in different light. They are translucent and they show how instable the reality might be, when we approach it from different angle and in different light conditions. His abstract work is both lyrical and geometric. It can be considered as poetic and metaphysical interpretation of the reality.
