Summary/Abstract: The author discusses different relational aspects of the Catholic Church and women based on respected literature and religious documents. She speaks about discrimination of women in the Roman-Catholic Church stating among other things a rather rigid point of view of Georg Denzler, professor of religious history at the University of Bamberg, who claims that the Roman-Catholic Church has been founded on "the centuries-long defamation and discrimination of women". When discussing the presence of women believers and claiming they make the majority of believers in the Church, she proves that "the Church and 'the Lord' have been the only public space for women, a place for their spiritual and moral shaping and supervising, but also punishing (if a thought itself was considered 'sinful', how about the acting)". Furthermore, she shows that the contemporary heresy is gender unequal, i.e. women leave the Church more often than men. The author attributes it to the democratization of societies and the level of diminishing different inequalities. According to the author, the Church promotes and tries to implement the special role of women in the world as "the exaggerated maternity (within wedlock) that takes a 'pro life' stand, advocating 'the sanctity of life' ". In this orientation, we can easily recognize the adapted long-time efforts of the Church to supervise women as producers of "God's people". The section ironically entitled "Women's Destiny Still in 'God's hands' ", the author states: "If the regulation about the real role of women in contemporary world is connected to the self-proclamation of the Roman-Catholic Church as one the moral pillars, then it is understandable that the only right and morally allowed way of life for women is to primary devotedly accept the way of life adjusted to men".
