Summary/Abstract: A regulation, having its purpose in protection and development the competitiveness of business activity carried out by entrepreneurs, is one of the most important elements of the legal order that guaranteed the appropriate development of market economy. Now it is based on the Act on Protection of Competition and Consumers of 7 February, 2007. Appropriately to article 21, the President of the Office on Competition and Consumer Protection may revoke the decisions to the matter of concentrations if its based on unreliable information for which undertakings participating in the concentration were responsible. In the case of revoking the decision, the President of the Office shall adjudicate on the merits of the case. Infringing of those norms may create the administrative responsibility. The responsibility can be a result of objective infringing the state of competition on the determined market but also of a lack of proposing the intention of the concentration.
