Summary/Abstract: Article analyzes new threats and XXI century calls in the Central Asian region, demanding effective strategy of regional security. Interests of world powers (Russia, the USA, China) to this region are revealed on the basis of the analysis of geopolitical position of the states of Central Asia, their natural riches, available resources, tendencies and difficulties of development. In the article on the basis of analysis of interests of world powers - USA and China in Central Asia present the evolution of approaches and accordingly politicians of these states open up in relation to the states of Central Asia region for the last two decades. Thus, both consultant interests of world powers in a region, creating possibilities open up for a collaboration and opposite. Up to a point existent and possible foreign-policy strategies of the Central Asia states are presented, including integration, in the conditions of the intensified opposing of world powers in a region.
