Public procurement law – the area of european law, the separate system of regulation and the specific approach to adjustable problems

Summary/Abstract: The study attempts to identify the law applicable to public procurement in the system of European law. For this purpose, the paper analysis a few EU directives as well as it includes ECJ case law. European law concerning public procurement is the area of European law (EU). As far as the approach to the characteristics of legal acts of the law is concerned, it is mainly noticeable that the recognition of the acts is in the context of the regulations and general principles of European law. There is the progressive tendency to fill public procurement solutions with the specific content.
