Public university as a subject of public procurement (selected problems)

Summary/Abstract: Public university as the party of contracts concerning: implementation services, supplies and works is subject to public procurement law. A university has the duty to take specific factual and legal actions concerning: the preparation of a contract, the identification of a contractor and a contract. These principles are the reference point for the evaluation of public higher education in granting (awarding) a contract. The result of their infringement is the necessity of their repetition and adoption, as well as the annulment of conduct and agreement.
