Summary/Abstract: Integral optimization matters the most. Resources and processes of a company and its suppliers have to be focused on customer-net benefit in such a way that wasting can be avoided. This has been known in industrial companies for a long time. The article investigates the question how lean management in tourism companies and hospitality industry can be adapted.
