SPECIFIC METHODOLOGY IN ADULT TRAINING ON AN ORGANIZATIONAL LEVEL

Summary/Abstract: In the light of the most recent challenges we are faced with today, adult training strategies for organizational purposes are shaping into new dimensions, thus the need to permanently adapt and remodel such strategies. As part of an ever changing society, a police system has to apply a training methodology with a view to meeting adult education standards such as solving specific tasks and a practical and a dynamic outcome. An effective professional training leads both to an achievement of organizational targets as well as to an increase in personal satisfaction for its members.
