Educational policies of the theater of the oppressed in the Universities of Naples and Rio de Janeiro

Summary/Abstract: In this study we focus on the consolidation of experiences built and empirically tested over the last ten years in a variety of training courses which aim at investigating the possibility of promoting Social Pedagogy students’ critical listening of themselves, of others and of the social environment (Strollo, 2008; Strollo 2009) and the possible implementation of such practices through the methodology of Social Theater in a comparative approach with the University of Rio de Janeiro.
