Summary/Abstract: Arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism has attracted the attention of legal scholars and legal practitioners because it is a multidisciplinary subject, besides being in the center of the philosophical debates, if we consider that in this figure reveal fundamental problems law such as justice, its forms and purposes, legal structure or purpose of the law.
