Classification of internet banking accounts including symbolic variables

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to show that classification of Internet banking accounts based on nonmeasurable features determines results achieved using classic methods. Data used for formulating subjective evaluations were obtained as a result of the questionnaire survey conducted amongst students of Szczecin universities. The data included unreliable, intuitive information such as e.g. reliability, safety, friendliness of the account. Symbolic variables with weights were used for the representation of nonmeasurable features.
