Summary/Abstract: In the article implications on professional education resulting from civilization changes were presented. Necessity of radical changes in the system of professional education was supported by many arguments including labor market requirements and pending integration processes. Directions of those changes were illustrated which can either be observed already or are expected to appear in future.
