Summary/Abstract: The didactic management of problematic situations refers to a training that is task oriented, whereas the cohesion, attraction, the orientation towards progress, discovery and innovation represents the agent of the didactic process. Psychology’s major test of competence in the knowledge of mental development is represented by the management of well defined socio-cultural, ethnic and academic activities. In the process of diagnosing the intellectual potential of preschoolers and students, generativism is introduced in two stages: in the structuring of the object of knowledge and in the psychodidactic assistance of problem approach. The present article briefly presents six experimental initiatives in this sense.
