THE CHARACTERISTICS OF PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT, REGARDING THE DUTCH AND HUNGARIAN LABOUR MARKETS

Summary/Abstract: One of the most important ecological problems of EU members is the high unemployment rate. That is why, according the experts, one of the most important tasks to reduce unemployment. According to their opinion it can be reduced by making the labour market more flexible. The first part of this essay presents one of those methods - a part time work - which is used so far by West-European countries to enhance the flexibility. The second part is dealing with part-time work system of Netherlands and Hungary.
