Summary/Abstract: Examined are the economic policy and the economic development in Greece after its incorporation to European Union in 1981. It is evaluated the macroeconomic Policy about the Investment. It is outlined the effectiveness of the Incentives System by means of revealing its weakness and the discrepancies for lack of branch and industrial Policy. It is shown ineffective functioning of the government Organs. It is made Proposals for improving the incentive System of the Greek Economy.
