Summary/Abstract: The legal regulation of government contracts is necessary for reason of maximalization of utility and minimalization of price. Government contracts are concluded in speciál proceduře which is regulated in particular act. This article deals with actual contractual proceduře of government contracts after four changes of applicable law.
