Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to one of the first representatives of ethnolinguistic lexicography in Bulgaria - the Topical Dictionary of the Folk Calendar (on material from the Bulgarian language territory), constructed according to two main principles - topical and onomatological. The authors examine the main theoretical concepts, set in the model of the dictionary, and illustrate them with two cycles - Autumn and Summer. The lexical material is derived from written sources and every realia, connected to the folk calendar, is presented according to its place in the structure of the feast as mental space, its ethnolinguistic semantics and the geographical distribution of the folk term. The language picture of the folk feast is constructed onomatologically in the following rubrics: ritual action, ritual personage, ritual object, ritual place. The dictionary is a linguocultural categorizer of folk terminology of the type of topical index.
