Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the newly discovered Roman stele from the village of Donja Šibenica in Jajce. Stele was discovered accidentally during the construction works. Unfortunately, only a fragment of the monument is preserved. Yet, much of the inscription on the fragment is preserved which allows the partial reconstruction of the text written on the sepulchral monument. Stela can be dated to the second century AD and it is characterized by the presence of onomastics of the indigenous local population which has not yet been Romanized.
